Anyone else find it funny how the LOTR actors always seem so relaxed talking to Colbert? Like they have this attitude just like "Well, why shouldn't I talk to my biggest fan for 10mins?"

That's part of learning a language, I've come to realise. If you want to speak like a native, you need to adopt an accent away from your own, the same way it's obvious someone is a foreigner when they speak English with their normal voice: it's because they haven't changed from their native accent. Your accent isn't innate or written in stone, but it can feel like it.

“But when Aragorn arose all that beheld him gazed in silence, for it seemed to them that he was revealed to them now for the first time. Tall as the sea-kings of old, he stood above all that were near; ancient of days he seemed and yet in the flower of manhood; and wisdom sat upon his brow, and strength and healing were in his hands, and a light was about him. And then Faramir cried: 'Behold the King!'

RE: Vertigo - this is usually caused by crystals being shifted out of place in your ears. You can fix it on the spot with an exercise in which you lie down and then flip your head to the other side quickly. It works! The condition is actually called 'benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).' I know the word 'crystal' is in the description, but it's a real, science-based thing. The exercise to correct it is called 'canalith repositioning', which you can do by yourself, or with the help of a doctor or anyone really. The trick is to snap your head quickly to the other side, which is scary when experiencing vertigo, but it is safe and works.

His acting chops are of the highest level. You can't get acting any better than this; just different. Not all of the movies he's been in are great movies but really he's as good as the scripts and directing. But as far as that goes, great actors can make a good script into a superb movie, but it's very rare if not impossible for great actors to save bad scripts. A fart is a fart. lol

The great Viggo Mortensen! He wasn't the first choice to play Aragorn, but damn if he wasn't the best choice!

He was born to be Aragorn and thanks to him we got an even bigger love story out of it too cause of his recommendations to Jackson & the having of the speaking of the Elven language, which is beautiful!
