I like how in the last chorus you can hear that the vocals are shifted by two beats - in Vignette, they somewhat sneak in that rhythmical shift during the synth solo and you don't really notice unless you count along, but here it becomes really obvious :D

It definitely does, it's just hidden well! Count along when it goes into the synth solo - usually, the strings hit on "1 and 2 and...", but since there are two silent beats added just after the last denial, the whole thing gets shifted to "3 and 4 and". Vice versa, the "Clinging too" would usually begin on a three, but because of the shift it now lands on a one. At least that's if you just stubbornly count two 4 all throughout. In reality, there is just one 2/4 bar included right after the "Denial" and before the solo begins

If you don't hear it, stubbornly counting a along is the easiest way to notice a change. I am aware that what REALLY happens musically happens is a 2/4 bar inserted (which I already said in the last comment)

It bothers me when people say stuff like this.. no vignette is not shy away. You have to pitch shift to be in the correct key first of all and second the chord changes and flows of each song are completely different.
