there can never be another Lalgudi Jayaraman Sir. world is poorer without Lalgudi Sir and how unfortunate are the next generations not t have lived and listened during his time. Melody,the ultimate and violin also sings and talks with his fingers

The violin spells every syllable of the composer's lyric. This apart, Lalgudi Sir"s musical excellence is obvious from the way his violin addressing Lord Rama during every time the lyrical line repeats Oh, Ragoththamaa" and this phrase when each time is repeated, conveys the various emotions right from a plain statement to pathos to interrogation!

@nchandrasekaran79152 жыл бұрын
Sheer class & true wizadry delivered on a platter for a sumptuous feast! Dwaram also used to play this krithi equally well. One has to surely appreciate the sensitive accompaniment by the percussion artiste so that it is not too strident and overwhelming. Is it Guruvayur Dorai on the mridangam? Can someone confirm please?

Wonderful performance in violin. Sriman Lalgudi excelled in playing this kruthi. "EvvaLavu Sriman Lalgudiyaip pugazhnthaalum pOthathu. "Mandakolathur Subramanian"
