Then chances are that you may not have single path of insertion. Without that it will compromise on retention and stability.

How much can i tilt the cast?? And how do i know that what is the angle of my tilt? Do we have any calibrations to determine the angle of tilt?

Tilt of the cast is altered to best suit the conditions of mouth without much alterations. Tilt can be in any direction in horizontal plane. Final tilt is preserved by tripoding.
