Samayal Samayal with Venkatesh Bhat - Vegetable Franky

Vegetable Franky!
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat Flour 200 Grams.
Sugar 10 Gram
Curd 2 TSPN
Milk 1 cup
Water Needed amount.
Oil needed amount
Cabbage 2 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Green capsicum ½ cup
Red capsicum ½ cup
Onion 50 gram
Vinegar ½ TSPN
Green chillies 1
Red chillies 10
Black pepper powder ½ TSPN
Soya sauce 25 gram
Tomato sauce 40 gram
Red chilli sauce 25 gram
Salt Needed amount
METHOD
Make a dough with Wheat Flour along with Salt, Sugar, Curd, Milk and Water.
Roll the Dough Finely and keep it aside.
Boil Red chilles along with in water.
Make a fine paste from the drained Red Chilles.
Add oil and the grinded Red Chilli Paste to the pan and cook it.
Cook finely chopped a onion cabbage, Capsicum, Carrot, Onion, Spring onions, Green chillies.
Add Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Paste, Black Pepper, Green Chilles, Tomato Sauce and Sugar to the vegetables and cook it.
Stuff the mixture in the rolled dough.

You are a great cook. No doubt about that but only one which irritate us is the way of cooking in TV shows bcos you always throw the vessel and mix the food in such a way that splits out every where. We really love to see your programmes but bcos of this attitude I avoid to see. I request you to pls give respect for your profession. Your recipe's are awesome even den.
