When exporting variables from Unity Pro to Vijeo Designer software, is it necessary for the programming laptop to be connected to both the PLC and the Magelis HMI, even if the PLC program is already present on the programming laptop?

Thank you for the video Sir. I want to ask how can i upload my HMIGXU3512 program to PC if i dont have the Vijeo's file? I'm confusing to backup it, because i want to change the program for a while to another project

Hi there! The hmigxu requires Vijeo Designer Basic and I am not 100% sure if that feature is enabled on the target you will need to try by following the video

When you say upload, it means taking the program from the HMI to the software, as if making a backup copy.?

Hello , thanks for the video. I'am having an error message that say ; "upload Editor project fails" + "user canceled uploading backup". i want to upload the hmi prog then I can make same change on it that I will download it again. please it an urgent matter?? thank you in first

@@fortunetemp3316 no need to create a project, you just need to try to connect to the hmi and try upload the software will tell you if the target has the application
