Hi there! The hmigxu requires Vijeo Designer Basic and I am not 100% sure if that feature is enabled on the target you will need to try by following the video

When you say upload, it means taking the program from the HMI to the software, as if making a backup copy.?

good video I have HMIET6400 via ethernet, now it no longer allows me to download, I get error 1800 indicating that it cannot find my device, but the hmi is on the network, what's more I can see the PLC variables, any help?

Hi there! Maybe it is something in your pc or the cable from the pc to the network if i were you i will try to change of those and test the connection. If you need to download the application try usb stick or mini usb.
