Sorry to say that nowadays CRICKET is rich dad game to play and now to watch in stadium because of ICC. I thought ICC is real brand ambassador of cricket but the way ICC manage T20 World Cup 2024, proved me faulty. When I came USA In 2005 on H-1 visa. I was true cricket lover and cricket was my passion. I was missing cricket not only by playing but by watching too. We have huge diaspora of Indian community here. We talk about cricket in family and try to encourage our kids to adopt it in diverse situations. Take them with us while weekend tournaments, sometime buying costly package of worldcup live. And watching cricket in different time zone by paying cost of sometime job and business too. We were eagerly waiting and happy for West Indies hosting cricket and some of game will play in USA. Atleast we can watch the game and see our true icons in blue colors. But we didn’t know ICC had different game play for World Cup. ICC never look in position to be real brand ambassador of cricketer and want to encourage and well wisher of fans. ICC is real merchant who’s aim only milking money from USA and robbed FAN. I personally feel that I am cheated by ICC to Stop to go in stadium and watch the game in New York, Dallas and Miami by keep Ticket price average $2500 and other expense for one person. Thanks BCCI and ICC for forcing me to divert in other game like volleyball , basketball ball and Football, By ending of my hope to keep cricket live in foreign country thanks again BCCI and ICC.

Vik, i was in Qatar for the fifa WC. The entire transportation and logging were organized by fifa and Qatar. The logging was very affordable and the transportation was free from the logging to the stadium gate. It was very organized and well managed. ICC did a scam in the Ind vs Pak match, initially they held a lottery for $400 tickets but none got the tickets from the lottery. The US resellers platforms then started selling tickets for $2000. Shame to ICC

Vikrant Nikhil- did you raised voice about fan experience at Indian Stadiums during Indian internationals or IPL games considering how costly the tickets are and how little facilities spectators get? If not then please don’t say anything now. ICC has learnt this art from BCCI. Moreover people who are spending lakhs for 3 hours of entertainment are nothing but idiots. They can simply watch game either for free on their mobiles or or for hundred rupees on TV. If the stadiums are empty due to poor fan experience then ICC will wake up.

Why didnt take water taxi from barbados..these countries are very small in sizes and economy...life is not easy there..they depend on exporting every basic thing..and between these islands there is no flight schedule due to volumn issue... originally to go guyana ppl have to go to barbados and trinidad first to fly to guyana...many ppl takes water taxis to travel between islands...

I was just comparing the crowd atmosphere inside the stadium for any game in euro 2024 with that of t20 wc and even the India World Cup.. at the end fans of each team make the atmosphere and they need to be given the topmost priority.. and the icc shud provide the same mileage to all participant teams rather concentrating only on India and to some extent England and Australia.
