Vikas Divyakirti , online coach and promoter of Drishti IAS, breaks his silence on the deaths of 3 IAS aspirants at the capital's Rau's Academy Circle basement, where an illegal library was swept away by flooding on the streets after rains. There have been massive student protests outside his residence as he remained silent in the aftermath of the killings of the young students.
