IAS kisi ko bhi arrest nhi kr sakta...chahe politician ho ya footpath pr baitha bhikhari. arrest krne ki authority sirf police ke pas hai. aur kisi politician ko arrest krne ke liye IPS nhi...ek constable bhi chalega(provided wo politician constitutional position pr na ho....agar hai to uske liye process thoda complex hai pr fit bhi constable arrest kr sakta hai). Lekin jo sabse badi cheez hai arrest ke liye wo hai "reason". bina valid reason ke koi arrest nhi kr sakta kisi ko

So instead of focusing on that one particular job for which I am not capable, I can focus on that jobs for which I am capable...

@@priyankasharma8572 Yes , the reservation policy must have to change but not immediately, I know. If it immediately removed then there will be many protest, many social issues, etc... So, we can start by through the removing of reservation for personnel of good services... It can takes 40 years but the policy will be removed in a good manner... Me too hate reservation because I am of general category but I also have to think about society also..
