Thanks Sir..very well explained..can you please advise why is LDAP required ? Can't we just have groups under EM ?

Hi Harshali, You can just have groups under EM and use enterprise authentication. However, LDAP integration simplifies authorization and authentication process for an orgaization. For example, If an employee leaves the organization, organizatiom will just disable his account in LDAP and he will lose access on all the tools such as ControlM or any other which he was working on as part of his roles and responsibilities.
