The Ananda Vikatan Nambikkai Awards are a prestigious event that honours exceptional individuals from various fields, including society workers, writers, and sportsmen. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the awards for both 2021 and 2022 are being held in one grand ceremony.
The awards will recognise outstanding young achievers, such as the Top 10 Youngsters of 2021: Shah Rukh Khan, actor Manikandan, Ranjith IAS, Meena Sathyamurthy, singer Arivu, P.S. Vinothraj, Kaifa, Jayakumar, Vinisha Umashankar, and Vyasai Thozhargal. In addition, the Top 10 Manithargal Awardees for 2021 are Po. Velsamy, K.R. Raja, Professor Kalyani, Tea Shop Sivakumar, Pechimuthu, Arogya Rajiv, Romulus Whitaker, Janaki Lenin, Nandini Murali, Girish Mathrubootham, and Dr. Darez Ahamed IAS.
The 2022 awards will also honour young talent, with theTop 10 Youngsters of 2022 Awardees are Oor Kinaru Punaramaippu Iyakkam, Tilakavathi, Srikanth Vellore, Kabilan, Kambur Ilaignargal, Raghuraman, Deepin, Doctor Krishnaveni, Pragnananda, Gukesh, and Rosy Meena Balraj and the Top 10 Manithargal Awardees for 2022 are Narendran, Marlima Muralitharan (transgender), Veronica Marie, Madurai S. Senthil Kumar, Mumbai Kavalar Uthavum Karangal 2003, Advocate P.B. Mohan, Kalachelvi, Aruna Jagadeesan, Ramachandran, Vareethiah Konstantine, and Poomani for their exceptional contributions to society.
Overall, the Ananda Vikatan Nambikkai Awards are a celebration of excellence and an opportunity to acknowledge and honour individuals who have made a significant impact in their respective fields.
