I agree with Avanthika 100% and think that she has the right to decide whether she wants to carry the baby. Indian family must not oblige and pressure their daughter in law to always keep the baby even when it's their first one , they should realize that women themselves have a right too. So proud of Avanthika for standing up for herself. However it is not right that she didn't consult her husband before she got an abortion nor did she tell him after she got the abortion. Therefore causing emotional distress to Nadraj and making him feel such a heavy loss. But that is no reason to kick her out of the house, she is his wife and she deserves way more respect than that.

+Planet Moon I agree with everything you said (and I have stated this in the forum before), except ur last sentence - that's no reason to kick ur wife. That's is ur value judgement; abortion is a moral issue: some people believe it is killing a "baby", some people believe that it is just a medical procedure; u can never bridge these two views. Nataraj from the beginning has been very clear that he holds the first view; I think if one holds a deep belief it becomes hard to live with a partner that has gone against this. This is a common reason for divorce. If Avanthila didn't want the baby, she should have protected herself and been clear about it with Natraj before getting pregnant. Another inexcusable thing about Avanthika is the flippant attitude about abortion (even people that say abortion is a women's right have some grief and dilemma about it) and her remorselessness about hurting Natraj's feelings. If Avanthika showed even an iota of remorse, Natraj wouldn't have kicked her out, I feel.

Finally the truth is open Yes... but avanthika will never change her attitude,she is spoiling herlife herself... She could asked for forgiveness from natraj and tell him that she wont do such things again and will get pregnant soon.. Then natraj could accepted her but no she dont she deserves it...
