I don't give or listen to any advice. But i want to share with you guys what I do to reduce and maintain weight - between i ama regular runner and so my workout and diet may vary with a normal person. And I am hitting 40. I workout three days a week in the evening, so my dinner varirs as per that. Dailu routine: 8am - Lemon water 9am - plain water 1 lr 10 am - black coffee ( no sugar) 11 am - 2/3 fruits ( if banana, just one) 12.30 pm - half lunch ( either sambar rice or rasam rice or half biryani or 3 chappatis) - 500 cal 1.30 pm - black tea ( no sugar) 2pm - chewing gum for sweetness and to stay away from junk food 3pm - carrot+cucumber salad 4pm - 4 walnuts, 4 badam, 4 cashew nuts, 1 kadala mittai - 200 cal 5pm - black coffee ( no sugar) 6pm - boiled veg/ veg soup/ chicken soul 7pm - dinner if no workout day - 3 dosas and 1 egg or 6 idlis or 2 dosas and 3 boiled chicken leg piece If not, 7 to 8pm running/ workout swimming - burn 500 to 1000 cal 8pm - heavy dinner of 4 dosas and 3 eggs or 3 dosas + 3 boiled chicken/ 2 fried chicken, or 8 Idlis + 2 eggs or 4 chapptis + 2 eggs or mutton birynani On weekends - 2 shots of wine/ whisky along with 6pm salad as side dish. Imp points: 1. For me sugar = poison, salt = chemical 2. Take stairs up and down 4 floors both at work and home - no lift 3. Run is atleast 5 km, swim is atleast 20 min continuously 4. Sleep is min 6-7 hrs 6. Take 5000 steps of walk daily - walk till next train stop during commute or hop down 1 stop earlier etc. And I live abroad, so no one judges my personality as to what I do, when i eat, how much I eat etc (Indian guys - good luck) This helps me keep fit and active

No diet can help if u dont properly grind ur food in mouth beforr it reaches gut....Eat slowly. and concentrate ...on food while eating...Secondly...have lighy food for dinner.. Give a gap of 2 and half hours aftrr djnner to go to bed...Do a slow walk after dinner and he is right... Everything is a habit..U no need to eat for stomach full....I am telling it from my personal experience of losing weight...U eat whatever u burn ..
