”More diagnoses than the DSM”, Yeah… i feel that! Also BDP, ASPD, C-PTSD, chronic depression and a shit-tonne of other diagnoses/dissorders… i think we counted about 15-18 last time i checked with my psychologist… an addict for more than half my life…25+ years of addiction and counting… everything from booze & pills to shooting up amphetamine.. and everything else i could/can get my hands on…anything that could make the hurt go away if even for a short time! trying to kick it, but it often seems impossible….going through a hellish benzo-withdrawal right now and trying to stay sober, but its by the skin of my teeth! And i know i Will relaps again and again, just cant take this world sober…. …sometimes the only way out seems the last sleep….to finnaly be free, to just float away into oblivion… tried suicide several times, but the thought of my family’s & my friends (the few i have left) sorrow make me abort every time…but it gets harder and harder to stop myself… if i just didnt have no one who cared i could die with a clean consious…i long for it, life is hell… the only thing that works is numbing the pain, but even the drugs doesnt work anymore… i Wish i was never born, never caused so many so much pain… this shit hits close to home… can i ever break this Cycle? I once thought so, but now i think it was always wishfull thinking….going to sleep Wishing that this time i wont wake up, but i always does and the hell just goes on…been commited to locked psychward and addiction-words, even got sent abroad to try to get sober….but i just cant stand it, been high for so long that fucked up feels normal and sobriety like feels like a bad trip that never ends… Sorry for the rant, just trying not to go and Slith my wrists or od;ing on every drug & medication i have laying around…it would be so easy…. And so soo appealing… just trying to get through every day, and the next…and the next… i was never meant for this world….

I struggled with drinking and drug use but December 5,2016 the day after my last drunk I decided to get sober for myself and surrendered my life and will to God and I celebrated 6 years this past December 5 and remain sober. Even though deal with depression anxiety and other illnesses like PTSD life is worth living. In 1999 had the pleasure of meeting Viking Barbie and Dakota James and others at an entertainment expo event funded by NYU in NYC. Good people
