Hi Sara, I will be purchasing the Viking Epic 2 next month. I am VERY new to embroidery. I have a Viking Rose for 15 years now, but hesitant & very intimidated to do embroidery. I never opened the embroidery section of my Viking Rose. I watched & enjoyed your video tutorial on Viking Epic 2. Thank you for all your lessons.

Are any of the feet for the Designer Diamond interchangable with the Epic 2
@rogerpeggywheat16302 жыл бұрын
Epic 2 can stitch 9mm wide. Your Designer Diamond only goes to 7mm wide. If you have the Epic 2, and want to use the feet for the DD, you will not be able to use the IDF (integrated dual feed), and you will need to be careful not to choose a stitch that is too wide for the foot. The needle will come down and hit the foot...disaster!

Yes, they do all work. Some stitch width limited may be necessary on some feet.

Hate my Epic. Have had it for a year and have 6 hours on it. I think when you pay over $11,000 for a machine, they should include a full manual. Love my Ruby and put 40 + hours a week on that.

I am not in love with the Epic! My Ruby was wonderful! Embroidering is not fun like my Ruby was. Sorry I traded it for this Epic, and still paying big bucks!

Agree + no instructions on how to use it & after paying so much more you have to pay for a class to learn how to use it. Sad.

This machine is the Epic not Epic 2. They are similar. Maybe Sara didn't want to do such a similar video again.

The title is ...[topic] EPIC 2.. as in the 2nd EPIC video. Look at the playlist. ...EPIC 3, EPIC 4, etc.

@@drinaz4070 I see. You are right.

Why are you screaming?

The sound of a person’s voice matters especially when speaking publicly. Some women reach such high pitched shrillness when speaking, that listeners find the abrasive sound offensive and irritating. Her shrillness distracts from the subject matter. This nice woman’s voice affects me like fingernails scratching a blackboard and she isn’t even aware of what she is doing. I recently paid more than $15,000 for an Epic 2, and I need the tutorials. But every time I see that she is offering the tutorial, I quickly look elsewhere. She could correct her handicap if she made the effort. Volumes have been written on public speaking and how to train one’s voice to be more pleasant and not distracting. She seems to have a thorough knowledge of Viking sewing machines. I hope for her sake and for the sake of Husqvarna Viking machine purchasers that she will add a pleasant sounding voice to any future tutorials she offers.
