There are holes in underneath output, some oil comes out from them, should we close them or what is there job?

I'm assuming that you're referring to the small hole on the underside of the casing (you can see it at 0:59). This is a leak detection hole. Any leakage that should get past the mechanical seal will exit here rather than passing through the bearings. DO NOT PLUG THIS HOLE...doing so would cause seal leakage to build up inside the casing and may fail the bearings, resulting in a pump failure. A few drops of oil is fairly normal, especially at startup of a new seal, but if the leakage rate increases it's an indication that the seal is failing and needs to be replaced. In either case I would recommend contacting your local authorized Viking Pump distributor to get a seal kit on hand just in case. Seals have a finite life and it's best to be prepared.

The adjusting screw cap needs to face towards the suction side (inlet side) of the pump to be in the operable orientation. A video detailing the valve's operation can be found here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYOcd2mim7J4d6M
