I came to learn throat singing and realized that I use to do that when I was sick and had a soar throat without knowing anything about it.

Just stumbled upon this, and am already making small progress after a couple minutes of trying to find where my sound comes from. Sorry for broken english, great tutorial! Keep it up.

Is it supposed to burn after a while? Or at all? 😂
@ToZ-li1re2 жыл бұрын
If you do it wrong it can actually damage your vocals so if it burns or gets scratchy you have to adjust your airflow ratio more than likely letting too much air out
@jaydonosborne3982 жыл бұрын
@@ToZ-li1re Gotcha. Thank you for the info!
@ToZ-li1re2 жыл бұрын
Could also be too little air or simply wrong frequency/tone. No problem bro best of luck 👌

@@ToZ-li1re Thanks again! I'm leaning towards too much air. I was pushing pretty hard😂

Why is it called Viking throat singing? I know this style from Central Asia (the Siberian republics of Tuva and Altai + Mongolia). I know it's common in other countries too, including Lapland, however I would really like to understand why you call your style Viking. Thank you!
@gigigooglas42422 жыл бұрын
It is the singing technique of the aryans. Mongolians and vikings got it from their common ancestor, horse-back caucasian steppe warriors.
