My doctor just "prescribed" singing and humming to me, since the muscles aroundy larynx are extremely tense, which causes my vocal cords to be reddened (stuff like infections was already ruled out). So I guess I learn throat singing now 😅

I've been doing this every day in my car to and from work. I started in school where I used it to sound to immitate buzzing sounds. At this point I can reach a bunch of scales, a few overtones and I can get rather bassy. Best thing about it is that I can use it to warm up my singing voice really fast.

Started less than a week ago, made some progress. Found the false cords, can produce a sound that is similar to a camel. Hope i will get better than that...
