Great reaction! :D The piper in the video/song is Maurizio Cardullo, who also plays in Folkstone and used to play in BardoMagno, the other band of the NoS guitarrist, Valerio Storch. Their videos are really fun, too! Have a look at "Nel mio Feudo" for example. It has English subtitles! :D

Vallahltellina definitely a play on Valtellina... In fact the first bit was "Valtellinea" which is a play on Linea Verde which is an Italian program where they go around Italy checking sites and traditional food... Also, your pronunciation is actually really good (coming from an Italian)
