There is something about editing this show that consumes me every time. Each Viking edit I have created has taken about a month or over a month to complete and each time it leaves me mentally exhausted. I do feel an attachment to the stories told in this show and in that, lies the responsibility to do my best. This will be my last edit for this show; I will continue to challenge myself in other ways and I hope all who have followed and subscribed to my account, stick with me and enjoy what is to come as I am now hitting my stride as a video editor. Of all the characters, it would seem fitting that I end my Viking edits on quite possibly my favorite character, Halfdan. It feels right that this would be my last edit for that series as I have had Halfdan as my profile picture for KZbin since I first opened it. His character’s story arc completely grabbed me. His transition away from his past life and understanding that life can have a different, more complex meaning, is something I identify with too well. So, as my goodbye to this show, I say goodbye to my favorite character. Harald’s story in this arc also proved to be a deeply emotional one. His regret was so powerful that it was palpable to the audience. I found beauty in it. In his pursuit for what he thought he wanted most, he lost everything. Its not hard to apply that lesson to your life and I have tried to do as much in observing the story between these two brothers. I sincerely hope you enjoy.

I will never understand, why Harald Finehair never get the recognation he earns. He is one of the most deep charakters of all time. He want everthing but realised that no goal can get him satisfied. He lost his brother and regret it honestly. He realised that family is everthing. He also learned to accept, that he can't push any women to love him. His journey is so fucking relatable. Thanks to this great great actor for playing this charakter so well!

This is truly breathtaking I have big expectations for this one and you blown them out of the water .You captured both of their journeys perfectly and managed to show off the incredible bond they both shared for one another as a massive Vikings fan I'm speechless at how amazing this was.
