The difference between this front office and previous Vikings front offices is that Kwesi addresses roster deficiencies immediately! This year when Darrisaw went down we get Cam Robinson. Previous front offices would just let us struggle with a turnstyle Left Tackle, rather than picking up a phone to address a need and save a promising season. Kwesi needs consideration for GM of the year too! Darnold for 10 mill what a bargain!

Hands down KOC deserves KOY. The balls and skill it took to let go your franchise QB reset and roll the dice with Darnold, and then succeed at a high level makes him worthy of KOY. Darnold should get MVP consideration too. I know he wont win it, but I dare you to find someone more integral to our success this year!

Ryan Poles hired Eberflus 3 days after he himself was hired. Rushed, poorly researched, set the bears back 5 year. Kwesi waited 3 weeks, interviewed multiple candidates, and took a shot on KOC, despite him being the least sought-after candidate in that hiring cycle. Thats the difference between a well run organization, and a poorly run one.

I love our coaches one the best teams I have seen in my 50 years as a a Vikings fan I was born bleeding purple. I see our team being one the best in the NFL for decades to come. He’s so young and smart. He’s a people person. Example vikes were honest with Curt Cousins. They told him the were drafting a QB where as The Falcons did behind he’s back. Little things like that and giving the opposing teams QB advice and encouragement gets seen by these other players and they want to play for him and play as hard as they can.
