10:18 Note - There is an error in the English rules translation regarding the first 3 ship placements. Basically, the "adjacency" part has to do w/ your 4th ship, and each ship placed after the 4th. Your first 3 ships can be placed in the first 3 columns in any order. This is how it is played on Brettspielwelt and Yucata. See the BGG Vikings' rules forum and the thread titled: "Tile placement." There is even a reply from Dirk with Hans im Glück. Edit - At 10:58 you discard the unclaimed Special Tile. I don't think this is correct. The rules never say to discard them, just refill any empty spaces back to four.

Hi, is there a new edition of this game in the works? It's an older game, and ws impossible to find when I last looked...

Not that I know of I'm afraid - it was long out of print 6ish years ago when I was looking too :( copies do come about on BGG and ebay though and if you don't mind online in the meantime it's available to play on Yucata.de :)
