Smart move on his part getting the word out there. Keeps getting rejected because he has to pay a fee every time, and they know he has money. Their selection process is so “random” without consistency. If it’s not a K-1 Visa, the only consistency is they check where the sponsor is coming from. That’s how corrupt they are. We have a local Facebook community group where one person applied for a tourist Visa and got rejected. Applied again 4 days later, there were no changes to her status or paperwork, approved at the second interview 60 days later. They will also reject a 70-year-old grandma knowing the sponsor is from the U.S., and they will only ask maybe two questions if the interviewer is just tired for the day. “What does your son/daughter do for work? What do you do for work?” They make their decision off of that. Really? That’s how you determine whether or not someone goes through an approval process? The real ones who have a louder voice and larger platform SHOULD be calling out that BS process. Thank you, Cam! And blessings to you and your wife! May she get approved soon!

I know the pain of getting your Filipina a tourist visa. She's been denied twice to America and once for Canada. Currently separated for the 8th time now and its sickening.

I got the same issue with Bynum, almost 2 years of no movement. I hope USCIS will look into our cases.

Visa to US from the Philippines is a no no here due to restrictions but US visa to the Philippines is easy to get here! Hard to figure it out due to immigration!

Hahaha ....you know some people really wouldn't just say, this is what you keep doing wrong, change it, change this and that...but instead they allow people to keep doing the same, making them spent so much time and money and still getting denied.

I love this comment I was gonna say the same! It seems much easier to go through Mexico than to do it the legal way. 😂

Hahaha yeah, everyone is coming through there even terrorists.

Go through the normal channels like everyone else. No special treatment because you play football. Get these politicians out of it.
@burningcalmness11 ай бұрын
Where is the special treatment in it? Spent more or less a million? Waited for 2 years? Got denied twice? In which part did the special treatment come in? Come on, man.... haha
@bb8967011 ай бұрын
That's something else, here they easily allowed illegals from the southern borders , 200,000 over a day, about 6 or 7 millions of them already here but can't allow his wife to come legally. Something wrong with this picture.
@tomhome641411 ай бұрын
Is actually a lot more difficult the way he's doing it because they're doing it legally, you're overthinking, trust me

Nope, not yet.

Yes, she's her now...they use the spousal visa instead of keeping doing the tourist visa and be denied again... the national plea was, I think, a wake-up call that some people in the office are fermenting papers like wine, just kidding
@greenboyvlogs11 ай бұрын
wife probably is applying for tourist visa instead of fiance visa? if tourist, she pobably keeps getting denied because of immigrant intent
@burningcalmness11 ай бұрын
She's in America now, using spousal visa, I think, because that was in the process
