He's contract was a legends deal, his later appearances (Fight Pit referee and Network) were as a free agent. So he won't be in the game.

It's only when someone's under contract with another company that would copyright the likeness, which was why Brock couldn't of been in UFC 3.

Kurt would probably in if they reach a deal, I think 2K22 is going to have a ton of legends and nxt stars which would be a good thing. Hopefully they add more nxt superstars including NXT UK roster as well. them having a decent chunk of legends would be to grab the old school fans. I wish there is a big showcase this year. I didn’t buy 2k20 but 2k19’s showcase seemed short unlike 2k15 which was huge with 2 separate showcases. Hope there is a Seth Rollins or Roman reigns showcase ie. Seth Rollins post shield heel run and up to WM33. Roman reigns the same up to WM35 where he returned from leukaemia.
