It is harder than you think to get sponsors there is a reason why every tournament outside of syndicate Sunday which was funded by Call of Duty was almost all filled by NA players or NA organizers that's where the money is

They need to change the rules to if you have a problem and it’s very noticeable they should have a reset or a sudden death between 8th and 9th place if the points are very close like less then 5 point.
