That's why badminton players never share their secret training methods and preparation for World tournaments I think just by only sharing their training methods doesn't makes the other competitors great like him/her if they can execute it properly, mentality and skills mastery during a real time matches all that matters🎉

Yes brother I also support your request Same here ,really want to have a glance on how pro players do their trainings without hitting the gym I started new with coaching, training some under-17 girls for state tournaments, I too really want to have great ideas about core and agility exercises for my under-17 girls so that they can enhance their skills well and outclass their opponents🏸
@Contentorgaming3 ай бұрын
@@ShuvamSawant glad someone supports me, I wanted to tell I am from India and was selected for free coaching for a year in KISCE scheme by khelo India,The coach were to provide training for the selected players (no equipment training) and make them worthy enough to be a national player (maybe become nations pride) I was the champion of my district but due to a dispute the academy started to demand the fees though it was free and now it's been almost 8 months but dispute isn't solved, my friends (other players) are still in coaching by paying fees but I had to leave and now I am not longer a district champion but the 5th player of my district 😞
@ShuvamSawant3 ай бұрын
@@Contentorgaming that's really unfortunate for you brother. I hope you get what you deserve and again claim your title for the district champion and achieve your dreams. Me too from India brother, I am coaching for 2 years, so still I am gathering some experiences from other veteran coaches and international pro players. I am currently training some under-17 girls for inter state tournaments and ranking matches so it includes a lot of various training methods regularly. For sure as you requested for non equipment exercises on the comments, I also support your request and same here as I also want to have great idea about(non equipment core and agility) exercises, so I can train my girls with those exercises, so they have a better edge playing against their opponents.

Viktor, I'm your biggest fan! Some feedback - I noticed last Olympics, the mindset and psychology you brought to the table was very focused, determined and intense. I believe the intensity and determination is still there, though it seems the focus has waned a bit and a little emotion pops up on occasion. I'd love to see the k1ll3r you were on court last Olympics brought to life again this Olympics! Another medal and you are in the bastions of LCW, Lin Dan and CL! Wish you all the success!
