I don't understand the need for a change on scene when you can easily do that offstage. All the extravagant super-power coming from the exaggerated shoulder shape in the beginning is taken away immediately, and the woman becomes a puppet. I always feel uncomfortable seeing that as a woman, even though it might be different with her. Fashionwise, I like the late Victorian triple collars and puffy sleeves coming back. Also seeing a little 70's influence.
