This is wonderful! It’s amazing to see a violinist of your calibre employ all their musical finesse to create such a stunning, dedicated version of Brasilian music (I refuse to spell it with the z). I love it how soft you make the open E sound; one can only really notice if they’re paying close attention to it. And that quality of feather light bowing and yet producing rich and clear sound can only come from a player who’s well acquainted with gut strings and how amazing they can sound when played properly. You’re a wonderful artist, Viktoria!

Beautiful - but the guitarist's solo broke it up and spoiled the whole feel of it (did he really just go into a bossa nova riff for no apparent reason?) . Luckily, Ms. Mullova's wonderful performance could overcome that.
