For me the biggest difference between Marbella & Sotogrande is that (high net worth individuals) who prefer Marbella are owners who want to be seen & show off. But, Sotogrande owners simply want to enjoy the lifestyle and its NOT important to show off - its much more elegant of an area. This large property, with that tennis court & large surrounding area is a MASSIVE advantage for me (as I love tennis). There are many Villas with large o/d pools, a gym, a spa, a hot tub, a theatre and good sized main rooms BUT Villa White takes it up 10 levels above those common Villas. This indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, massage room, stunning sculpted staircase, gorgeous large theatre room along with the gym, 2nd kitchen and large tennis court all on the frontline of Almenara Golf course make this property jump to the top of my list.
