I feel like the houses on the Altea hills are way way cheaper than the houses around Marbella. This villa is another bargain. The stone and woodwork i can always implement later on. Also, i like Altea because of the greenery. It is very important for me because i come from the green areas of Europe. I love it!

You're so right. I've lived in both Marbella and Altea but it's the Costa Blanca where I'll be buying a second home - more home for your money and the Costa Blanca is a special place...

Nice house, but that “open-for-everybody-to-see” toilet in the main bathroom is an absolut NO

In my opinion, this house has a strange interior architecture, I see some useless rooms and the space is not very open which definitely makes the house a little dark because there are many walls. Apart from the stunning views, nothing to say about that, there are many better houses for that price, I don't want to spend that money and start removing walls to make it more open. One less point for the architect. Viktoria, nice video at sunset
