I usually reserve Rocco Forte hotels for clients with Rocco Forte Sir Rocco's Knights preferred partner benefits, as this provides upgrade priority over Virtuoso and AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts. I can reserve it for clients with AMEX FHR and the guaranteed 4pm late check-out if the client has an AMEX Platinum card, but most U.S. based clients prefer to book with Rocco Forte preferred partner benefits both for the upgrade priority and to earn 3X points on their Chase Sapphire Reserve card, plus get trip cancellation/interruption insurance protection, which AMEX cards do not provide.

It's a nice alternative to the airport hotels when transiting Frankfurt. I've stayed here a few times in between my LH First Class flights.
