This is one of the most amazing cooking videos I have seen in my entire life. The way your grandmother used all of the cooking utensils to prepare the meal was simply stunning. What amazed me the most was seeing the type of knife she used for cutting the vegetables and the amount of speed she used for cutting them. It was simply a new discovery to me because I had never seen anything similar in my almost thirty years of life. Seeing her cooking in the outdoors, on the grass, and with firewood was not so unusual to me since I would see my great-grandparents and one of my grandmothers use this cooking method for cooking certain meals. Not to mention that the Americans in Northeast Wisconsin love to go camping and cook meals and smores in a bonfire. So, in the end, they use the same exact method that your grandmother used for cooking this meal. Nothing out of the ordinary. Then last but not least, when we think of people from a different country and who follow a different culture then ours, we often think that they only delight dishes from their native countries. Forgetting that like us, they are curious about dishes from other countries of the world and find them delightful. So, at first, seeing a women from India cooking a delicious creamy and rich pasta was a little bit strange, but then I remembered that food ingredients and recipes are shared by people of all countries and cultures for everyone in the world to enjoy and that helped me remember that pasta is from Italy for the entire world to cook and enjoy! :) Ps: I did watch the full video and wrote down the recipe. Like I said, this dish looks delicious and it is worth trying. Thank you for sharing this video.
