Land 5000 m2 x 3 euro = 15.000 House + building = 25.000 euro. Renovations done 15.000 euro. Total value 55.000 euro Reasonable asking price 65.000 euro. Extra renovation costs for new owner is approximately 25.000 euro. That makes a total of 90.000 euro. Why these online KZbin prices are so high? If I'm in Portugal in person I'll buy much more for 90.000 euro. Guaranteed!!

There is some potential to this property. The buildings seem to be in good shape. Perhaps for the next properties it is useful to tell if it is connected to gas and telephone and TV, and internet or if that internet is possible with copper cable or fiber optic. Especially internet is very important for a substantial part of potential buyers. And I want to compliment you for your English. It is very good. As always thank you for showing the property. 👍
