Village life high in the mountains: stuffed peppers and cured

In the last autumn days in the mountains, a real winter has come. I cook lecho for the family and stuff bell peppers with a filling of rice, carrots and ground chicken fillet. We also prepare chicken feed from previously collected vegetables and fruits, grains and kitchen waste.
