I live in Europe but originally I am from the same district where this village is located, about 20 minutes drive from Yar Hussain village (in this video). Before the partition all these villages were very diversed with Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs living together. My grandmother passed away a few years ago, when I visited in 2012 she told me a few heart touching stories of how close all Hindu/ Muslims/ Sikhs were, living in the same neighbourhood same villages. One of their family friends was Uncle Prem Chand's family (a gold jeweller) when my great grandfather took him his mother's gold to sell so he can go abroad to Thailand (was called Siyam in those days) to work, Uncle Prem refused to buy the gold from him telling him "don't sell this, I will borrow you the money when you go abroad, earn then you can pay me back" so they did.... So many more similar stories. Sometimes I just close my eyes and I can just imagine those good old happy days everyone from different religions living together in peace & harmony. It upsets me at times when I see the younger generation from both sides swear and abusing each other on social media, despite being highly educated. Great video. 😍 I moved to UK when I was 15 and then didn't visit Pak for 12.5 years. Went twice last year. There's something there that we'll never find anywhere no matter where we go. What amazes me is that there are more Indians commenting here than Pakistanis. Ones who are talking about peace and love....much love and respect for you too. Ones who are dissing others, why are you here in the first place? It's like you hate your neighbours more than you love your own country. Hate will only beget hate. It'll just consume you. Move on.

Simply great! The bird chimes were all alike from India. Simple mesmerized. Saw electrical overhead wires, and no mud house. So, great achievements. Did not notice, school hospital. Hope its there but not flmed. I love to see this kind of video.

There were schools there but maybe you can't read the Urdu script.No hospitals were shown as maybe no hospitals are there in the village 'Sard Cheena' but there would be one nearby in the Mardan city.

It's so beautiful. Very clean. Birds chirping. Relaxed pace. Nature undisturbed. Time appears to have come to a stand still. It's probably no more like this in India in most rural areas. Development has taken it's toll. We miss such villages here. Thanks for uploading.
