I love the village scene in the middle. A lot of animations like this are pure combat, but this one took the time to show us the peaceful life that these people are fighting for. Along with all the unique player designs, it drives home that these people aren't just warriors, they're a community. Fighting for their homes and the people that they love. For those everyday things, like playing with a dog, or laughing over spilled soup.

In fairness, a dark oak wood door does seem sturdy and sizable enough to be used as a defensive item, easily blocking attacks as seen there, while also having long enough reach to be used offensively, to smack and potentially daze opponents. A pretty balanced weapon in those categories if you think about it.
