Thank you for making me happy by watching this lvly style of living ..me n amma both watch before going to bed .something very close to heart ..they are clean ..have very less cooking vessels. .very cute Ammkikkal..that is grinding instrument . They are very much cautious about balanced diet ..see ..greens ..fat..fibre . Carbohydrate ..less water ..cooking fast ..to me all optimistic practices are visible .but one thing I ve noticed the way women sitting n having their food is different from men..women have a Healthy hair .. If Ancestors lived the same way then why are you washing your veggies in tap water ? I don't have to argue with you. If you like that video, good for you. If u want to wash your veggies in same water you are most welcome. But don't expect from other's. Also don't encourage people to practice unhygienic practices.

Oh I forgot to mention...by the way im an environmental engineer...I know lil bit about environment pollution germs and ya...hygiene ofcourse!
