HUMBLE REQUEST... please forward to the higher authority 👇👇 LBSNAA official please find out the reasons why very few rural background people are getting into services .UPSC selection is dominated by Convent school students that's why Rural problems remained unsolved. Rural background students (farmers' , labourers children etc) have immense will power but unfortunately UPSC exam ( all tree stages) not suits him because these stages have been made according to Convent and rich families. Children of rich families learning from at the age of three years and UPSC is also asking same so they can easily qualifies UPSC CSE in first or second attempt. Weaker sections students also did lots of hardwork and reach to interview stage in their 4th or 5th attempt then interviewer (cheap mentality) ask them Why you are preparing from so many years and take doubt about their capabilities and ultimately he gets low marks in interview. But remember rural/poor section students have far more values,will power, service attitude,non greedy than other rich/English/urban/Delhi base/IITans. You can visit any rural schools/colleges you will find education system is so poor that 10th/12th standard student not able to read basic things and they don't have basic understanding this is the your (LBASNNA) failure so you think and introspect yourself .this is the high time that you should give right inputs to UPSC to increase percentage of rural candidates in UPSC it will help to reap the benefit of rural demographic dividend of our country and ultimately it help for India to become a super power.
