Awesome recipe. I took it upon myself to translate into English the whole making of the above dish : A) Large prawns shelled and washed with water. Add ground turmeric to the washed prawn , mix it thoroughly and then add water and rinse out the water from the prawns. B) Get freshly grated coconut flakes and mix it with bread crumbs made from crushed dried buns/croissant-like-buns and set aside. C)Separately, get corn flour and mix in ground toasted red chillies, ground rock salt and ground pepper. Add in the prawns and coat it well all over each prawn. D) In a separate bowl/plate break eggs into it and lightly beat it. How they made it: Take each prawn from C, dip it in the beaten egg (D) then coat it in B then fry it in purely/organically processed sesame oil or what is known in Tamil Nadu as gingelly oil until golden and crisp. Love from here 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾Msia...wishing the VCC team would make it to 100 mil subscribers and become global ambassadors of goodwill and kindness especially to the aged and abandoned elders of our incresingly hostile world . They served the prawns with white plain rice and mutton curry.

Heart crys when u see this parents in old age... I have visited many old age homes .. they only ask one thing " daughter u will come again to meet us na". It will make u cry n the only ans u can give is yes.❤️. Even when you visit an anatalay.. u will the small kids coming and hugging u... Special abled kids ... They enjoy playing with u telling you stories... It's so amazing to spend Ur time with them... U only see a smile on their face... N when this old parents tell u they're story u will cry.. they say our kids left us over here. It pains so much... I never ever want my parents to see this state.. 😭😭😭... God bless all...
