വെണ്ടക്ക ഒരുതവണ ഇങ്ങനെ കറി വെച്ച് നോക്കു | Lady's Finger Masala - Bhindi Masala - Vendakka Masala

Ingredients
Ladies finger- 1 kg
Cumin seed-1 tsp
Onion-2 nos
Ginger-1 medium
Garlic-4 or 5
Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-3sprigs
Tomato-1 medium
Garam masala-1 tbsp
Black pepper-1tbsp
Curd-1 tbsp
Basan flour-1 tbsp
Coriander leaf-small amount
Salt -to taste
Method
First we crush ginger and garlic
Heat oil in a pan add ladies finger and just sauted it and keep a bowl
Then we add oil on the same pan and add cuminseed when they begin to splutted
Add onion crushed ginger garlic paste and saute well and they turns golden colour.
Again we add chilli powder,turmeric powder and saute well
Add,tomato and curry leaves saute well they turns soft and mushy.
Now we add garam masala,black pepper, and curd mixwell.
Add basan flour and water mix well and add some salt ,cover and cook for some
minutes.
Finally we add some chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the flame and serve with meals
Enjoy the taste of ladies finger masala.

മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി - 1 / 2 tsp
കറിവേപ്പില - 3 തണ്ട്
തക്കാളി - 1
ഗരം മസാല - 1 tbsp
കുരുമുളക് പൊടി - 1 tbsp
തൈര് - 1 tbsp
കടലമാവ് - 1 tbsp
മല്ലിയില
ഉപ്പ്
എണ്ണ
തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം
ആദ്യം ഇഞ്ചി , വെളുത്തുള്ളി നന്നായി ചതച്ച മാറ്റുക
ഒരു ചട്ടിയിൽ എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് അറിഞ്ഞ വെച്ച വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക ഇട്ടു നന്നായി വഴറ്റി മാറ്റുക
അതെ ചട്ടിയിലേക്ക് ആവിശ്യത്തിന് എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് ജീരകമിട്ട് പൊട്ടി കഴിയുമ്പോൾ
അതിലേക്ക് ചതച്ച വെച്ച ഇഞ്ചി , വെളുത്തുള്ളി , സവാള എന്നിവ ഇട്ട് നന്നായി വഴറ്റുക
നന്നായി വഴണ്ട് കഴിയുമ്പോൾ ഇതിലേക്ക് മുളക്പൊടി , മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി ഇട്ടു വഴറ്റുക
ഇനി ഇതിലേക്ക് അറിഞ്ഞ വെച്ച തക്കാളി , കറിവേപ്പില ഇട്ട് നന്നായി വഴറ്റുക , നന്നായി വഴണ്ട് കഴിയുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്ക് ഗരം മസാല , കുരുമുളക് പൊടി , തൈര് എന്നിവ ഇട്ട് നന്നായി മിക്സ് ചെയുക
ഇനി കടലമാവും ആവിശ്യത്തിന് വെള്ളവും ,ഉപ്പും ചേർത്ത കുറച്ച മിനിറ്റ് വേവിക്കുക
ഇനി ഇതിലേക്ക് അറിഞ്ഞ വെച്ച മല്ലിയില കുടി ഇട്ട് അടുപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറക്കി മാറ്റുക
അങ്ങനെ നമ്മുടെ സ്വാദിഷ്ടമായ വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക മസാല തയാർ
