Allah knows the death of person for sure. They are too old and still healthy by eating all these and actually villages people live most who ate carbs and simple meat and vegetables.. 1000 years back people ate all these and live 1000 years. So Allah knows all. I agree exess meat and oil is bad but what i saw in my whole life is that only Allah protect and give life not any diet and workout.
