I cook it out of hobby for years. Onion or (gravi ) is like running petrol ⛽ car on diesel. The 2nd funny thing is that Akbar restaurant has got signboard of charsi karahi indicating they specialise in it while the reality is what we have witnessed. The channel's owner who claims to be a good chef has visited Peshawar in one of his videos 📹 he made there yet he didn't object to the owner of akbar restaurant and started saying Alhamdulillah MashAllah and praising which shows that the person will go to any extent for his benefits ( sorry for being judgemental) but they gave me enough reasons to make a view.
