What she made must be delicious because she used my favorite ingredients. I never thought of putting those together. This is an eye opener. There are still food to be discovered out there, ways of preparing them . FOLLOW UP: I watched repeatedly because I want to learn your healthy Sri Lankan cuisine. I am very pleased you are feeding your kids healthy food. I experienced hunger and malnutrition growing up in the Philippines, prevalent in my community whose families have multitude of children, 8-13 kids. Filipinos never , ever plant vegetable gardens(except ornamentals) not part or very rare part of Philippine culture. You showed planting starting from seed then harvesting . You made labor of love to feed delicious, healthy food for your children which pleases me tremendously of your culinary culture. I suffer ill health from my childhood of hunger and malnutrition. My Filipino culture to this day still does not adapt healthy cuisine , children are hungry and malnourished because families still don't plant vegetable gardens, instead are vigorous at having multitude of children they cannot feed well enough. What KZbin is doing is admirable , having influencer like you producing vlogs of healthy lifestyles. I thank you as well . May you be well rewarded.

There are channels showing how Filippino families who are so poor are suffering, asking for help. It is a pity they dont grow some vegetables. Some even eat Pagpag , food from dumpster. I wish someone would educate them on growing food .
