Feeling very glad that we have a girl who can take the pride of being a Sri Lankan to the entire world in the future. It had been a while since I'd been able to watch one of these beautifully made videos. I realize now how much I missed them. The photography is perfect and the fact that there's no narration or distracting music in the background -- just the wonderful sounds of nature and the cooking process -- is so relaxing. The food is so nutritionally perfect (if only the whole world ate like this) and the goodness of your souls in donating this food is heart-warming. The girls grow prettier by the day and their merry spirits shine through. Thanks so much for allowing us to spend time with people who live in such a sane and joyful way.

I can remember grandma mum.. always cooking with her children, small just like this grandma....but they are very strong.....that skills cutting the carrots on that big knife, that real life style of healthy living. using hands to eat instead if fork spoon...yes grandma we did born with fork or spoon.....
