What cafe at 18:20 you are referring to? There use to be Julie's bake shop at that location where I use to eat everyday but I guess they moved across. I use to park my F4 Minica car in front of Julie's restaurant. (Oh my F4 Minica!!!) I wonder if they still make that car in the Philippines.

Sad to see uncollected garbage, cement residues and sand at construction sites. Local officials must pass an ordinance for construction sites to provide/station garbage containers to be hauled regularly before and after the project is finished. Penalties for violation should be part of such ordinance.

Nobody around because of vivid school close so no income for rental space apartment no student no school. I graduated swu year 1976. So.much improvement but the street is dirty lot of rubbish on the road but the road has good asphalt not like b4 past administration road has a lot of pot holes for money is place in govt.pocket. duterte is spending the money in infrastructure . it's always like that road is narrow in urgello no space to park just a one way road if in another country but Phil's.they can make one road 2 ways.gping in & going out.
