So I've wondered for a while: How large is the giant creeper in this animation? Just how tall is he? And I've got an answer. By using the shot at 8:44, we can see Villager #9 is roughly the same height as one pixel on the creeper's head. A villager is 2 blocks (2 m) tall as I've measured in-game. Through measuring with the creeper's texture, its 26 pixels from head-to-toe. Using this information, I've calculated the giant creeper is ~52 Metres in height, though it seems much larger.

We'll round this down to 50. Based on the square-cube law, this would mean the giant creeper's volume is 50^3 times the volume of a normal creeper (or 50x50x50). That volume is 125,000, just above the previously mentioned 100,000. Given that my scale of 50x was an estimate, it could be even closer to the exactly 100,000 than that.
