What truly warms my heart about these people is how they can truly appreciate the smallest of things like paper napkins and how they can help us keep our faces and clothes clean by showing their genuine amazement. But honestly, I don’t enjoy McDonald’s- I have Crohn’s disease and their food makes me ill. Though I have tried their Apple fritter and that is rather nice…it also didn’t make me ill. 😊✌🏻

I like that he got to have an adventure. Just a suggestion, at least for some people, it can make new situations less stressful to have some explanations first, or understand some expectations. For example, introducing the concepts of drive-thru and ATM card, possibly showing him the menu options first, would have certainly been helpful if it were my first time. Hurray for Dr. Tahir!

❤ That is why drinking during eating here in America is popular. LOL. If you do any type of car food again, make sure to use the wrapping paper to wrap around half the burger, or taco, or whatever it is. That way, the paper makes a little pouch so any sauce, vegetables, etc just gather in that and the bun absorbs it as you eat. Don't worry, Tahir, my card doesn't have much on it at all, this time each month, and I have a small amount more than you, so understand the joys of what others consider 'the small stuff'. That small stuff to some, is a splurge for many of us these days. I'm just grateful to have a roof over my head, bills paid, and food for me and my 2 cats. Anything more is a bonus. That's the rule with BBQ in the Southwestern America, too...messy is correct, with the hands is correct!
