Villagers cook Shami & rice in a wood-fired oven in an easy way!

In this part of daily life of village girls, you will see cooking a very delicious and famous Iranian dish! The name of this dish is Shami Pilau and it is cooked with minced meat and onions. This dish is prepared from a combination of meat with onions and spices, and with it, fried potatoes, cooked radishes and rice are used; The village cuisine is very hearty even in rainy weather and fascinates all spectators.
In addition to cooking, the grandmother milked the cows and prepared yogurt, butter and buttermilk from the resulting milk.
Today, as the last month of spring approached, we witnessed seasonal rains in the village, making daily work and cooking difficult for us. But despite this difficulty, it also brought us beauty and good humor; So we decided to continue doing village work and cooking in the rain!
