Villain is fluent in English (was just watching an all English interviw with him) and has previously lived in Dubai (mentioned in the song) and Canada. Although with Sherman Oaks being name dropped I wonder if he's lived in California too? Oh, and that part at 3:08 when he says "follow me up, noona". Noona is the word boys or men in Korea use to address a girl or woman who is older than him.

The story in the video is that they robbed a bank and and got away I believe- hence his EP being called ‘Bank Robber’ when he ran in and threw the bag , that was him finally being done.
