Yeah he’s planning stuff obviously. I won’t be surprised if White tries to kill Arthur/Jay again during wedding for some reason like Azora is a somewhat dead universe and it should be erase so Arthur/Jay should be dead or some dumb reason and he’s biting his time to strike. I think Toby's nightmares are being caused from his universe being rebooted and since he's an interdimesional being and also came from a universe and not just created like otso and derpy I think his mind and or body may be having some kind of reaction toward it
